Gelputter.com will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our website within 30 days of product receipt, accompanied by the original sales receipt and in new, unused condition.
Please include the copy of your original invoice as well as the RMA number we provide so we can process your return as quickly as possible. The RMA number should be printed on the outside of the package used to send the returned merchandise back to us. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We also recommend purchasing insurance for all returned merchandise. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage caused during return shipping.

- Original Sales Receipt can be any Gelputter.com receipt or shipping invoice.
- Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for purchase.
- All claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of product receipt.
How to Package Returned Merchandise
To return an item to our warehouse we encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton. Please follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip, note the reason for your return, and enclose the slip in the shipping carton. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name and address, the order number and your Gelputter.com invoice number and the reason for the return or exchange. Wrap the package securely and send it to:

Return Shipping Charges
If there is a problem with your order that was the fault of gelputter.com, we will take the necessary steps to make it right. We will be happy to reimburse the customer's ECONOMY GROUND return shipping costs in the following situations, provided the customer includes proof of the charges paid:
- The club received was not what was ordered
- The club received was defective (and you have contacted us within 15 days of receipt)
Under no circumstances, will Gelputter.com reimburse any expedited shipping charges for returned merchandise.
Exceptions and Exclusions
Gelputter.com reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of certain merchandise, such as special or custom orders. Free goods, received as part of a promotional offers or a sale are not eligible for exchange or return. Used merchandise may be refused.
Warranty Claims/Defective Returns
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with manufacturer’s product. Any defective product may be returned anytime while under the manufacturer’s warranty period. Please contact Gelputter.com prior to returning any merchandise for warranty or defective consideration.
